Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren't happy with your content, Xoro offers a 30-day refund or credit for most content purchases. If the content you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 15 days of your purchase of the content, that Xoro apply a refund to your account.
This refund option does not apply to Subscription Plan purchases from our softwares, since we are providing 7-days free trial before initiate Subscription payment for any of our existing products.
We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased your content (website, web application, mobile application or TV app), and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 15-day guarantee time limit has passed. However, if the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 15-day limit.
Xoro also reserves the right to refund clients beyond the 15-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.
